1. Check if the i2 LiDAR is within the VisionFence-off Zone.
When the Navimow i2 LiDAR is inside a VisionFence-off Zone, it can not avoid the obstacle. You can adjust the size of the VisionFence-off Zone, move it to another area, or delete it entirely.
2. Check the width of the obstacle.
If the obstacle is narrower than 1 cm, the i2 LiDAR will not be able to detect it.
3. Contact Customer Support:
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact customer support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
---Keep the Navimow i2 LiDAR powered on
---Time when an obstacle was encountered
---Photo of the Navimow i2 LiDAR's surroundings and obstacles
---Serial number (SN) of the lawn mower
