If you closed the App directly without properly exiting the map management and then moved the Navimow i2 LiDAR out of the Bluetooth range, the Navimow i2 LiDAR's status in the app may show as unknown. To resolve this issue:
1. Reconnect to Bluetooth.
2. Enter the map management section in the App.
3. Make any edits to the map and save it.
