1. Press and hold the OK button for 4 seconds to power off the mower.
2. Put the mower upside down. Check if there are foreign items, such as massive grass clippings, threads, and stones on the blade disc fender. If so, please remove the foreign items and use a garden hose to rinse the blade disc fender.
Safety warning*
Sharp blades, please wear heavy gloves when you inspect and clean the blade disc fender.
3. Power on the mower. Connect the mower via the Navimow app and adjust the height of the blade disc (from 60mm to 30mm). Check if the blade disc moves up and down normally. If the blade disc can move up and down normally and the error code is not displayed again, it illustrates that the problem is solved. Please clean the foreign items on the blade disc fender regularly to prevent this error from happening again.

Grass clippings get stuck between the blade disc fender and the Chassis.
