Error code 1005 means mowing motor stall protection. The following are possible causes and corresponding troubleshooting guides.

1. Press and hold the OK button to power off the mower
2. Put the mower upside down. Check if there are foreign items (e.g. threads, stones, small branches, etc.) on the blade disc. Please remove the foreign items and use a garden hose to clean the blade disc.
Safety warning* Sharp blades, please wear heavy gloves when you inspect and clean the blade disc.
3. Power on the mower. Press the MOW+OK buttons to start mowing. If the error code is not displayed again, it illustrates that the problem is solved.

Foreign items on the lawn.

1. Move the mower away from the original place. Check if foreign items are on the lawn, such as stones and branches. If so, remove the foreign objects.
2. Press the STOP button to clear the error code. Press the MOW+OK buttons to start mowing. If the error code is not displayed again, it illustrates that the problem is solved. Please check the lawn regularly and remove visible foreign items, such as branches and stones to prevent this error from happening again.

The grass is too high and dense

1. Mow the lawn first by using other mowing machines.
2. press the STOP button to clear the error code. Press MOW+OK to resume mowing. Check if the error code appears or not. If not, it illustrates that the problem is solved. Navimow H1 is more suitable for fine mowing. If the grass is higher than 10 cm, please mow the lawn first by using other tools.
