Error code 6002 means the mower is outside the boundary. The followings are possible causes and corresponding troubleshooting guides. Please kindly check.
Possible cause 1
Poor satellite signal reception.
During the map testing/mowing/returning process, your mower drives to a place where the satellite signal is blocked by buildings or trees. In this case, your mower may incorrectly locate itself to somewhere outside the boundary.
Troubleshooting guide
1. Put the mower into the charging station. Press the STOP button to clear the error code.
2. Check if the antenna is installed in an open space. If possible, try to install the antenna on a roof. If it cannot be installed on a roof, refer to the satellite signal thermogram in the Navimow app, and relocate the antenna to the recommended green area.
3. After antenna relocation, please rebuild a map and set up off-limit islands in the places where the satellite signal is blocked.
4. Proceed with the mowing. Check if the error code still appears. If not, it illustrates that the problem is solved.
Possible cause 2
The new mowing area is not successfully saved.
When adding a new mowing area to the current map, after drawing it, for some reason the application quits. As a result, the newly added area is not saved and the mower is outside the boundaries of the current map.
Troubleshooting guide
Put the mower within the current boundary. Press the STOP button to clear the error code. Press the HOME+OK buttons. Check if the error code still appears when the mower is returning to the charging station. If not, it illustrates that the problem is solved. To avoid this error from triggering again, please make sure the map is successfully saved every time you add a new mowing area.
Possible cause 3
Your mower goes outside the boundary by external forces, such as being dragged out of the boundary by someone or sliding down from a slope greater than 45%.
Troubleshooting guide
1. Put the mower within the current boundary. Press the STOP button to clear the error code. Press the HOME+OK buttons. Set up an off-limit island where the slope is greater than 45%. Check if the error code still appears when the mower is returning to the charging station. If not, it illustrates that the problem is solved.
2. Redraw a map if there are areas on the edge of the boundary exceeding 10% and exclude them.
