Some components of mowing modules need a period of break-in while in their factory condition. This is normal and please follow the procedure below when you see error code 1018:
Lift the rear wheels of the lawn mower to a height of 10~15 centimeters from the ground, then release it, let the mower land freely. Then press the STOP button to clear the error code.
Note:
1. Please do not lift the mower's rear wheels before pulling out the mowing from the charging station completely.
If you have done the suggested operation, but the error code 1018 still cannot be cleared, please contact us with your serial number.
