3. If the error persists, contact support via support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) with the following details:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- A video or photo showing the error
- Exact date and time the error occurred
This will help the support team diagnose and resolve the issue efficiently.
