Error Code 6104 – Charging Station Location Error
What It Means:
The Navimow X4 cannot accurately detect the location of the charging station.
Steps to Resolve:
Push the mower into the charging station.
Press the STOP button to clear the error code and attempt to resume the task.
If the error persists, move the charging station slightly and update its location in the app:
Go to Settings > MOWER > Relocate Charging Station and follow the instructions.
If the issue still continues after relocating, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
