Error Code 6109 – Mower Stuck Out of Boundary
What It Means:
The Navimow X4 has detected that it is outside the designated mowing boundary and cannot continue mowing.
Steps to Resolve:
Move the mower to an open, flat, and obstacle-free area within the boundary.
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
Resume the current mowing task.
If the error persists, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
