Error Code 4103 – Communication interrupted error
What It Means:
The Navimow X4 has temporarily lost connection and cannot communicate properly.
Steps to Resolve:
Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
If the error persists, restart the Navimow X4.
If the problem continues, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
