Error Code 2107 – Incompatible Battery Model
Steps to Resolve:
Ensure that the battery installed is a genuine Navimow X4 battery.
Do not dismantle or modify the battery.
If the error persists despite using the correct battery, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4
Date and time the error occurred
A video showing the issue (if possible)
