Error Code 6103 – Position Acquisition Error
What It Means:
The Navimow X4 is unable to acquire its current position, which may prevent proper navigation during mowing.
Steps to Resolve:
Place the mower in the charging station.
Press the STOP button to clear the error code and attempt to resume the task.
If the error persists, try restarting the mower.
If the issue continues after restarting, contact after-sales support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for assistance and provide the information below:
