Anti-Theft Function Overview

The Anti-Theft function helps protect your Navimow robotic mower by sounding alarms and allowing you to locate it precisely in case of unauthorized movement or theft.

Features Included

The Anti-Theft feature includes two main functions:

1.  Alarm

2.  Locate

1. Alarm

There are two types of alarms:

a. Mower Lifted Alarm

When enabled, the mower will sound an alarm and send a notification if it is lifted for a few seconds.

The alarm will not be triggered if:

1.  Your phone is connected to the mower via Bluetooth.

2.  Mapping is in progress.

3.  The map has not been created yet.

4.  An alarm was already triggered within the last 10 minutes.

Tip to avoid false alarms:

Before carrying the mower to another area, connect your phone to the mower via Bluetooth first.

b. Geo-Fence Alarm

When enabled, Navimow will monitor its position, and if it moves beyond the defined geo-fence, it will:

● Sound an alarm

● Send you a notification

You can silence the alarm and stop receiving notifications by entering the PIN code.

To exit silent mode, restart the mower or place it back on the charging station.

Note:

• ● You must enter the PIN code to restart or power off the mower.
• ● Be sure to change the PIN from the default.

2. Locate My Mower

This feature lets you:

● Check the mower’s real-time location, or

● View the last valid location before it went offline.

3. Find My (by Apple)

Find My, an exclusive Apple feature, can be used to track your Navimow mower.

Once linked to an Apple ID, nearby Apple devices securely report its location to iCloud, allowing you to monitor it via the Find My app even when the mower is powered off. The process is fully encrypted and anonymous, ensuring complete privacy.

Note:

Geo-Fence Alarm and Locate My Mower will not work if the 4G service expires.

How to Enable the Anti-Theft Function

1.  When activating the mower for the first time, the system will prompt you to activate the 4G data plan, as one year of free 4G data is provided for X420 (Black)/X420 (Gray) & X430 (Black). As for X450 (Black)/X450 (Gray), 2 year of free 4G data is provided.

2.  Return to Settings in the app, open Anti-Theft, and turn it on.

Set the alarm range — the designated area must be within 15–50 meters.

3.  Go to Home > Settings > Network in the app and connect your Navimow X4 to a 4G network.

(Note: The Anti-Theft function will not work if the 4G service expires.)
