If your Navimow i2 AWD is mowing the same area repeatedly, follow these steps:
1. Check Mowing Cycle Settings
Open the Navimow App and check if the “mowing cycle” function is enabled.
If it is activated, repeated mowing is normal. Deactivate this function if you do not want the mower to repeat the cycle.
2. If Mowing Cycle Is Not Enabled
Contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD
Photos or videos showing the repeated mowing
The date and time the issue occurred
