Contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following details:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info)
Relevant photos or videos showing the problem
Exact date and time when the issue occurred
