Here’s what to do if your Navimow i2 AWD’s mowing direction seems abnormal:
1. Check Mowing Tasks
● The Navimow i2 AWD only changes to clockwise mowing after completing the first mowing task for the current area. If you haven’t finished a full task yet, the direction may appear "abnormal" but it’s expected behavior.
2. Check Map Modifications
● If you edited and saved the map during an ongoing mowing task, the mower may reset its progress. This can cause it to repeat the same direction as before.
3. Check Mowing Direction Settings
● Make sure you haven’t set the mower to only one direction. Adjust the app settings to allow both clockwise and counterclockwise mowing if needed.

● The Serial Number (SN) of your mower, your app version, and your phone OS/Android version.
● The date and time the issue occurred
● A brief video or screenshot showing the problem.
● A short description of your map setup and the issue.
