Mower docking error
Please press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code, and place the mower on the charging station.
Check if the following cases are true:
1. The charging station plate should be level with the ground, so that the universal wheels won't get stuck.
2. The mower cannot be parked stably on the charging station due to the charging station is not properly placed or blocked by obstacles.
3. The charging port is stuck with foreign objects causing poor contact.
If none of the above are true, please send us an email at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
