(Navimow i2 Lidar) My Navimow i2 LiDAR is displaying error code 6301. What should I do?

Mower is unable to move
Please get the mower out from where it got stuck. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code, and resume the auto-mapping.
If the mower gets stuck frequently, please create the map manually.
