Mower cannot find the charging station
Please press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code, and place the mower on the charging station.
Try the following possible solutions:
1. Make sure no obstacles are placed on the base of the charging station.
2. If the charging station has been moved, you must update its location in Home > Settings > Relocate charging station.
If it still cannot be solved, please send us an email at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
