Battery temperature is too high
Place the mower in the shade (operating temperature: 0~40 degrees Celsius) and wait for a while until the temperature goes down, then press the STOP button on the mower. If the error persists, please send us an email at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
NOTE: It's important to not disassemble the battery pack, and only use a genuine battery to avoid any further issues.
