Mower is unable to move
Please get the mower out from where it got stuck. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code, and resume the task.
If the mower gets stuck frequently in the same area, try the following possible solutions:
1. Set it as an off-limit island or adjust the boundary to exclude this area from the map.
2. Or you can even out the gaps or bumps in this area.
If it still cannot be solved, please send us an email at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
