Error code 2106 indicates that the battery in the mower is experiencing low temperatures.
Please place the mower in a warm environment (operating temperature: 0~40 degrees Celsius) and wait for a while until the temperature goes up, then press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.

It's important to not disassemble the battery pack, and only use a genuine battery to avoid any further issues.
