The mower failed to charge at the charging station. Please follow the troubleshooting below:
Please clean up the grass clippings or other foreign objects around the charging port to ensure the charging strip is able to connect to the charging port firmly.
Please place the charging station on a flat surface to ensure the mower is able to stay on the charging station steadily.
