Error code 1215 indicates that cutting deck motor got stuck.
If there are obstacles such as grass clippings, strings, stones on top of the blade fender or the mowing module, you can flip the Navimow X3 over to clean them up. After cleaning, press STOP button to clear the error code, adjust the cutting height through the app, and observe if the lifting and lowering are smooth. If pressing STOP button doesn't fix the issue, restart the Navimow X3 and re-adjust.
