Error code 1202 indicates that Navimow Trimmer motor got stuck .
For your safety, please exit the trimming mode first and remove the Navimow Trimmer.
1. Check if there are obstacles on or under the Navimow Trimmer's head, remove them so that it can spin freely.
2. Check if the grass is too thick or too tall, use other tools to cut the grass to less than 20 cm.
After trying the methods above, press the STOP button on the Navimow X3 to clear the error code.. If the error persists, please send us an email at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com or contact us in the App via Livechat for further help.
